Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and wrappers in place, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order confirmation as proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@game4padel.com. Please include your order confirmation and reason for return. We can then provide you instructions on how to proceed with the return process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Game4Padel, Big Yellow Self Storage Edinburgh, 2 Bankhead Avenue, Sighthill, Edinburgh, EH11 4HD.
All delivery/packaging costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. Please retain proof of postage. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will verify that the item(s) are in their original condition and eligible for a refund. We would then issue a full refund for the amount paid for the item(s) to the original payment method. Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damaged Racket
Unfortunately, padel rackets can break no matter how new they are due to the hazards such as the metal fence and glass walls. If you damage your racket during play then this can not be returned. However, if you feel the racket was faulty and any break or damage was not your fault then please contact us. We may ask for photo/video evidence so we can share it with our supplier. They would then provide judgement of whether the break looks like a potential fault. If this were the case we would then provide instructions on how to return the damaged item(s), provide a full refund, and cover the shipping costs associated with the return (up to £5).
Prizes and Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on prizes and gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
