Shipping policy

We ship to anywhere in the UK and use Royal Mail as our delivery service partner. We dispatch the same or next business day depending on the time of order. Please note that orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday morning. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days. We use Royal Mail's First Class Signed-for delivery service to ensure a safe, reliable, and quick process.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation when your parcel has been handed to Royal Mail, along with a tracking number. The tracker will only update once delivery has been attempted. Please note that we have no control over the delivery process once it is with Royal Mail. If you have any questions or concerns about your delivery, then please contact: sales@game4padel.com

Do you ship overseas?

I'm afraid we do not ship internationally. We do however deliver to anywhere in the United Kingdom.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders typically arrive with our customers within 2-3 days. This slightly depends on the time and day the order is placed as we can not dispatch orders in the evening or at the weekend. Any orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will likely not be dispatched until Monday.

Please allow extra time for your orders to arrive during the holidays, particularly across Christmas and New Year. Please see holiday ordering and delivery dates outlined above.

We use Royal Mail First Class Signed-for delivery. You will receive a tracking number that will update once delivery has been attempted.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We largely use Royal Mail to deliver our parcels. We sometime send via Parcel Force, particularly for larger parcels.

Can I return my product?

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process: sales@game4padel.com

How do the membership packages work?

Our membership packages give you everything you need to get started on court. There are three tiers: starter, premium and pro. These refer to the level of racket offered under each package.

Choose your racket and home club from the options. Following your order, we will send your racket to you and activate your 3-month membership.

If you have an existing MATCHi account, your 3-month membership will be added to this. If you do not, we will create your account and activate your membership using the email you provided for your shop order. You will then receive an email from MATCHi with your registration link.
